You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights to upload Content and grant the above license.

You agree not to: Upload Content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, infringing, or otherwise objectionable. Use the Platform to distribute malware, spam, or engage in harmful activities. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other users' accounts. Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.

We reserve the right to review, remove, or restrict access to Content that violates these Terms or applicable laws. We may use automated systems and human moderators to monitor Content. Decisions regarding Content removal are at our sole discretion.

The Platform, including its design, code, and branding, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.

You agree to indemnify and hold Clipofpi, its affiliates, and employees harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via the Platform or email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
